The Star is a session utilizing energy and lightwork to illuminate, heal, calm, and guide the mind and body by creating a connection to the universal energy while establishing a groundedness to the earth and to oneself.

This is a session where energy work is the star. This is not meant to be a session to work out muscles. In this session we tap into the energetic fields, allowing the energy to flow wherever it is needed. Allowing it to do the greatest and highest good. 

A way to fill up, to lighten up, to freshen up, to recharge, to inspire, to empower. 

This is where we honor our soul and spirit.
